Refund policy

We divide the total due amount into two invoices, the first will be to place the order (this is nonrefundable amount under any circumstances), the second invoice will be sent close to event date that need to be paid in full before the event starts. 


Bubbly parties might choice to collect deposit for renting of it tools and products. To be eligible for a get your deposit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it without any damage otherwise we will charge you for any damages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and let us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. otherwise we will charge you for any damages to rented items.


Refunds
Once order placed and we received the first payment then we will NOT refund first payment if the event change due to reasons driven by customer however if we couldn't deliver the service due to vendor unavailability then and only then we will refund the amount received.
